Are we headed toward a new bipolar world with a new cold war?

With China, Russia and North Korea in one camp with India sitting (at best) on the sidelines, a new polarization is emerging. The other side consists of the U.S., Western Europe, South Korea, Japan, Australia, the Philippines, and Taiwan in opposition.
