A woman was taken to the hospital Friday after her car struck the Comfort Inn in Green Valley m id-morning, according to the Green Valley Fire District.

The woman, only described as “elderly,” was wearing a seat belt and had minor injuries, according to GVFD.

The vehicle hit an exterior wall next to the conference room, punching a hole in a wall and sending an air conditioner unit 20 feet across the room. The room was vacant and nobody in the building was injured.
