La Posada has broken ground on a new campus in Oro Valley, an expansion of its senior living community at La Posada at Green Valley.
The 80-acre La Posada at Pusch Ridge Life-Plan Community is going up at First Avenue and Lambert Lane, west of Oracle Road.
Groundbreaking attendees included Sundt Construction, global architecture firm Gensler and Oro Valley Mayor Joe Winfield.
Joni Condit, president and CEO of La Posada, which is in Sahuarita, said construction is expected to take 30 months with move-ins projected to begin in mid-2025.
