Six local veterans returned home to hundreds of people cheering them at Tucson International Airport on Monday evening, May 14, 2018, after returning from three days in Washington, D.C., as part of Honor Flight.

They were part of a larger group of 23 vets from the Tucson area. Nearly 150 veterans from Green Valley and Sahuarita have gone on the trip.
