Technology cuts time, increases efficiency for GVFD

The Green Valley Fire District is moving toward paperless fire inspections in its quest to be more efficient.

With the use of a tablet, in this case an iPad, the GVFD Fire Prevention Department is gathering and storing data during a official fire inspection for businesses and emailing the results or printing them immediately using a mobile printer, and handing them right to the customer.
