Jury: Forde eligible for death penalty

A day after finding her guilty of first-degree murder, a jury determined Tuesday that Shawna Forde could end up getting the death penalty in connection with two homicides in Arivaca in 2009. Whether that happens will be decided in the next few days, but her attorneys immediately began working to make sure it wouldn’t.
