ROBERT M. JACKSON, 85, of Green Valley, died Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, after a long illness.

He was a family dentist in Findlay, Ohio, for 40 years before retiring and moving to Green Valley.

He was a native of Lakewood, Ohio, and a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a Captain in the Air Force during the Korean War.

He was a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, the Findlay Masonic Lodge, Rotary Club and the American Dental Association.

He was an avid golfer and fisherman and loved travel and family activities.

He is survived by Janet Patricia, his wife of 63 years; four children Rick (Susan) of Honolulu, Hawaii, Bruce (Donna) of Shaker Heights, Ohio, Sherry of Minneapolis, Minn. and Kent (Laura) of Lexington, Ky.; as well as six grandchildren and one great-grandson.


Funeral arrangements are being made in Findlay, Ohio, and no services are being held in Green Valley.
