partnership

Marshall, a longtime, successful Green Valley Realtor, left Long Realty in 2004 to start the new venture. The agreement provides Smith with an option to acquire the company in the future.

Jackie Smith will come into the company later, after wrapping up business at her current position.

Steve Smith will function as an associate broker and agent, and Marshall will continue to serve as the designated broker. On Jan. 1, he will become the designated broker and Marshal will devote full time to serving her clients.

Smith is an associate broker, a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He is a past president of the Green Valley Association of Realtors, and was a senior vice president and regional investment manager for a national banking concern. He’s moved from Wisconsin in 2000, where he enjoyed acting in local productions.
