PHILIP GREENBERG, born Feb. 25, 1922, in Brooklyn, N.Y., died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009, in Yorba Linda, Calif.

In December, members of Phil’s family will be at his home in Green Valley, where he lived for 12 years, so that his friends, neighbors, and walking buddies can gather to share their memories of this beloved character. Those that wish will take a walk with his dog, Annie, just as he did EVERY day until his illness!

Donations may be made in Philip’s honor and memory to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Another suggestion would be to have trees planted, in his memory, in Israel or one of our National Parks.
