NewsBorder Patrol agents arrested a man at the Interstate 19 checkpoint Saturday who was driving a vehicle containing 24 pounds of cocaine valued at $176,000. A Border Patrol canine helped flag the car. The drugs were discovered in a section of the vehicle’s firewall. The driver is a Mexican citizen with a border crosser card.
