Shelby’s Bistro

Shelby’s Bistro in Tubac has been named one of Arizona Highways’ top restaurants in Southern Arizona.

According to the magazine, “What tiny Shelby’s lacks in size, it makes up for in charm, sporting an eclectic collection of tchotchkes and a pleasant patio overlooking a pond.”

The restaurant, owned by Anthony Tay, has a Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring pastas, light, thin-crust pizzas and seafood.
