Unitarian Universalist Sunday Forum at 10 a.m. presents Laura Carroll and Shauna Carr on “Home Schooling, a Principled Choice” at Canoa Hills Social Center, 3660 S. Camino del Sol, Green Valley. All welcome.

Healing Arts Interactive Seminars at Unity in the Valley Church, 17630 S. Camino de las Quintas, Sahuarita, from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Topic will be “The healing technology of our Mind-Body Connection” featuring Drs. Walter Parish and James Ragan of Tucson. There is no fee for this activity, but participants are encouraged to give a suggested donation of appreciation: $10 (more or less.)

July 19

2012: Apocalypse, New Age, or Mayan Meltdown - workshop and potluck supper at 4 p.m. at Unity in the Valley Church. Facilitated by Courtney Robert, M.A., who is an astrological writer, teacher and consultant. A love offering is appreciated.

Christmas in July from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Green Valley Community Church, 300 W. Esperanza Blvd. The Sunday Nite Alive group will present this special celebration with fun for the whole family. We invite you to join us for cookie decorating, Christmas crafts, caroling and sing a long, story telling and special Christmas message from Pastor Bob Jenkins. Please RSVP to Shauna Melvin @ 632-4712. Admission is free and refreshments will be provided.
