Traffic/Civil Complaints

John Michael Gominsky, 21, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for disorderly conduct (fighting) and was fined $288.

Eugene Boronco, 41, of Tucson, was found responsible for failure to stop at a stop sign on a bicycle and was fined $202.50.

Andrew Martin Dobbins, 28, of Tucson, was found responsible for illegal window tint on front windows and was fined $184.50

Jorge Guadalupe Lizarraga, 35, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license in possession, was found responsible for failure to yield from a stop sign, no child restraint and no mandatory insurance and was fined $1,436. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed.

Sophia Ann-Marie Parker, 36, of Vail, was found responsible for waste of finite resources and was fined $56.50. A charge of speeding was dismissed

Paul Rogelio Villa-Acuna, 42, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for fictitious license plate and no mandatory insurance and was fined $968. Charges of failure to obtain current registration and no registration in possession were dismissed.

Jose Antonio Cordova Robles, 23, of Somerton, pleaded responsible for no insurance and violation of a three-day permit and was fined $236.50. A charge of fictitious license plate was dismissed.

Ignacio Hernandez Jr., 22, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was found responsible by default for failure to produce evidence of financial responsibility and was fined $1730.94. His license has been suspended.

Vanessa Renteria, 25, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license in possession and no insurance and was fined $297.50. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed.

Christine Marie Biberdorf, 37, of Marana, pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license in possession and was fined $183.50. Charges of driving on a suspended license and failure to produce evidence of financial responsibility were dismissed.

Ignacio C. Corrales, 53, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license in possession and was fined $203.50. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed.

Kristy Michelle Johntoe, 36, of Sahuarita, was found responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $562, which will be suspended if she completes 57 hours of community service.

Vernon Gene Weis, 50, of Sahuarita, was found responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $500.50.

Manueal A. Castillo Rodriguez, 42, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance and was fined $132.

Rosa Icela Alarcon, 38, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license in possession and was fined $132.50. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed.

Alonzo Rodriguez, 20, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $600.50.

Carmen Silvas, 47, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license in possession and was fined $173.50. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed.

Fatima Soto Dominguez, 37, of Mexico, pleaded responsible for a seat belt violation and was fined $46.50.

Marco Antonio Galaviz, 34, of Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and no valid driver’s license in possession and was fined $366.50. A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed

Francisca Delgado Olivas, 21, of Amado, pleaded responsible for speeding and two counts of no valid drivers license and was fined $610.50. Two charges of driving on a suspended license were dismissed.

Quentin Ryan Bennett, 29, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $257.50.

Diane Marie Payne, 57, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $216.25.

Robert William Hoffman, 70, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $216.25.

Katheryn Joyce Ferguson, 64, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $216.25.
