A charge of failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility against Kennedy Crandell, 57, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to use a seatbelt against David Lopez, 50, of Green Valley, were dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of Domestic Violence/Assault and Domestic Violence/criminal damage against Whitney Johnson, 21, of Amado, were dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no driver’s license in possession against Joshua Wellbrock, 22, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no proof of insurance against Lance Reidhead, 32, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of vehicular noise (loud exhaust) against Christopher Barnhart, 34, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility against Lynn Dorfman, 57, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis.

William Griffith, 59, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $265.

Armando Bravo, 20, of Amado, pleaded responsible for possession of marijuana.

David Lopez, 50, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $562.

Kadara Hamilton, 32, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $114.

Sandra Contreras, 21, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for no driver’s license and was fined $85.

Laura Valencia, 47, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility and failing to change lanes for an emergency vehicle and was fined $114 and $138 respectively.

Carolyn Speasl, 57, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and failing to use turn signals when changing lanes and was fined $135 and $164 respectively.

Debra Dunn, 40, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding and failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $135 and $164 respectively.

Ira Aronson, age unknown, of Vail, pleaded guilty to DUI and was fined $1,783. He was also ordered to attend a MADD victim impact panel and complete alcohol/drug evaluation and alcohol/drug education and treatment. He was placed on 12 months unsupervised probation.

Jesus Montano Vargas, 36, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no insurance and four counts of no seatbelt use on persons under 16 yoa and was fined $114 and $28 on each seatbelt violation.

Wade Webb, 45, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration, failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility and no valid license in possession and was fined $85, $114 and $114 respectively.

Wade Webb, 45, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for a separate violation of no license in possession and was fined $114.

Whitney Johnson, 21, of Amado, pleaded responsible for disorderly conduct.

Luis Faz-Islas, 23, of Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for driving on the median and was fined $164.

Jeffrey Rademacher, 64, of Andover, Minn., pleaded responsible for failing to obey a traffic control device and was fined $165.

Stephen Williams, 56, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to use a seatbelt on a child under 16 and was fined $28.

Karen Luton, 38, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to obey a traffic control device and was fined $165.

Christopher Antone, 22, of Benson, pleaded responsible for no stop at a stop sign and was fined $164.

Darlene Abernathy, 65, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to yield while making a left turn and was fined $164.

Gary Earl, 33, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for advertising as a contractor.

Corey Piscopo, 28, of Steamboat Springs, Colo. , pleaded responsible for not riding as close as possible to the right and was fined $95.

Richard Szakonyi, 68, of Vail, pleaded responsible for taking wildlife during closed season and taking wildlife with an unlawful device and was fined $227 and $385 respectively.

Mary Schwartz, 82, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to yield on left turn at an intersection and was fined $164.

Phillip Lewis Jr., 27, of Sells, pleaded responsible for open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and was fined time served. He was also found responsible by default for failing to use a seatbelt and was fined $28. His license has been suspended.

Harley Hardestig, 63, of Willcox, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Marco Alvarez, 29, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $202.

Donna Lee, 60, of Patagonia, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $202.

Ramon Navarro, 20, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Scott Miller, 43, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $181.50.

Larry Boze, 86, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

John Karpinsky, 44, of Edina, Minn. , pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Joshua Laster, 21, of Corona de Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Bradley Reddick, 33, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Patti Becker, 47, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Marrick Ferguson, 27, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Daniel Dickinson, 49, of Tucson, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for no insurance and was fined $930.

Warrants:

Robert Mayber, 46, of Tucson, failed to appear on charges of driving under the influence and extreme DUI. A warrant has been ordered.

Eduardo Delgado, 35, of Amado, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Juan Suarez, 42, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Steve Davis, 54, of Sahuarita, failed to appear three times. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court. The court is now seeking jail time.

Raymond Dudzinski, 62, of Arivaca, failed to appear. An FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

Steven Davis, 54, of Sahuarita, failed to appear. An FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.
