Basil Baker was the first Green Valley resident to use the Regional Transportation Authority’s new Sun Shuttle system, unveiled Monday. Baker rode the shuttle from the Ronstadt Transit Center after an early morning bike ride in Tucson. The shuttle system, which runs three routes in Sahuarita and Green Valley and one connector route to Tucson, was unveiled at the Green Valley Community Coordinating Council. For shuttle schedules, go to www.suntran.com/sunshuttle/shuttle-route.htm, or call 520-792-9222. The shuttle is free in May. Photo by Jaime Richardson | Green Valley News
