Multiple charges of failing to use child restraints against Yadira Bojarquez, 29, of Amado, were dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no rear license plate against Belia Estrella, 73, of Phoenix, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no current insurance against Deborah Cain, 55, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no proof of insurance against Francisco Torres Jr., 20, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Jesse Leahy, 21, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for driving on a revoked license and speeding and was fined $562 and $135 respectively.

Kim Hogard, 43, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $164.

April Harris, 51, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for domestic violence/assault and was fined $1500.

Jean Hartshorne, 81, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for improper position, right turn and was fined $164..

Kylie Collins, 28, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility and was fined $250.

Luis Lopez, 29, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for white light showing to rear and was fined $146.

Gabriel Barreda, 54, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $562.

Esteban Zamudio, 35, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $239.

Donna Story, 63, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Warene Hopson, 69, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Bryan Silva, 31, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $202.

Juan Hernandez-Minjares, 20, of Guymas, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $202.

Michael Londo, 52, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Michael Gallagher, 67, of Cross Plains, Wis. , pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Warrants:

Frank Martinez, 41, of Arivaca, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for no valid license, no registration and failing to stay within lane and was fined $143, $133 and $164 respectively. A warrant has been ordered.

Phillip Lewis Jr., 26, of Sells, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for failing to use a seatbelt and was fined $28. A warrant has been ordered.

Jason Richey, 33, of Tucson, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for no current registration and was fined $562. A warrant has been ordered.

William Hills, 34, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana. A warrant has been ordered.

Keith Thomas, 47, of Mesa, failed to appear on a charge of violating a provision of anvil access agreement. A warrant has been ordered.

Carl Askren Jr., 33, of Green Valley, failed to appear on a charge of no license. A warrant has been ordered.

Derek Quick, 35, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of displaying fictitious plates. A warrant has been ordered.

Enrique Olivarria, 26, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of displaying fictitious plates and driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.
