Today In the Kitchen: Cooking for pets could save money
Tripe?! Yes, in my kitchen today, there is tripe. I never thought it would happen. But my significant other (the photogenic one in the picture that runs with this column) had a recent GI incident that cost $650 at the vet clinic. The result was a non-specific diagnosis to boot. So I had a consultation with a pet chef! We have a wonderful resource locally. She advocates cooking for our animals, and feeding them healthy, natural food.
