GV Cooling and Heating

honored for excellence

Ethan Beneze, owner of Green Valley Cooling and Heating, joined other Bryant Heating and Cooling Dealers in Miami Beach, Fla., this month for an awards gala recognizing Bryant’s Dealer of the Year and several other milestones.

Green Valley Cooling and Heating was a finalist for dealer of the year and won the Medal Of Excellence for the fourth year in a row.

“Over the past 41 years, we have done our job right and achieved success within the industry,” Beneze said. “I’m happy to have such a phenomenal staff behind me.”

The Medal of Excellence program fosters dealer growth through self-assessment, the development of strong business plans, and creating and delivering industry best practices. Dealers are evaluated on sales growth, product mix, customer satisfaction, and participation in various dealer programs and incentives.
