CHARLES “CHUCK” W. ELLIOTT

Nov. 15, 1924 - Feb. 8, 2009

Beloved husband, father and grandfather, retired lawyer and member of the California Bar Association. Former president of Desert Hills Golf Club, member of the Sheriff’s Auxiliary and active member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church.

Chuck passed on to be with our Lord on Feb. 8, 2009. He is survived by Dorothy “Dot,” his beloved wife; his children Charles, Daniel (Claudia), Anne, John (Eileen) and Robert (Maureen); seven grandsons Jeff, Justin, Thomas, Timothy, Matthew, Trevor and Tucker; his sister Phyllis and brother Michael.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Georgia; and his sister Jean.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 12, 2009, at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church.
