A charge of no proof of insurance against Roger Berryman, 36, of Tumacacori, was dismissed on a factual basis. A charge of no proof of insurance against Nicholas Peterson, 19, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis. The case of the State of Arizona v. Robert Monk was dismissed without prejudice due to prosecutorial discretion and victim does not desire prosecutors on Nov. 20, 2008. The case of the State of Arizona v. Patricia Marquez was dismissed without prejudice due to lack of sufficient evidence on Nov. 19, 2008. The case of the State of Arizona v. Whitney Johnson was dismissed without prejudice due to prosecutorial discretion on Nov. 4, 2008. The case of the State of Arizona v. Brady Stroup was dismissed due to 10 completed anger management/domestic violence sessions on Nov. 5, 2008. The case of the State of Arizona v. Amanda Taylor, 18, of Vail, pleaded responsible for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $164. Katie Martin, 20, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to use child restraints and was fined $102. Richard Gage Jr., 61, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for passing in a no passing zone and was fined $164. Timothy Davis, 74, of Lakewood, Colo., pleaded responsible for failing to yield from private drive and was fined $164. Mario Palmer, 25, of Sells, pleaded responsible for possession of marijuana and was fined time served. Cruz Ramus Jr., 31, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for person under 16 (8 years) with no seatbelt and person under 16 (3 years) with no seatbelt and was fined $28 on each violation. Jose David Cortez, 74, of Amado, pleaded responsible for no valid license and no current Ariz. registration and was fined $165 and $114 respectively. Jose Noriega, 49, of Glendale, pleaded responsible for following too closely and no valid operators license and was fined $164 and $143 respectively. Raymond Hernandez, 23, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and no valid license in possession and was fined $114 on each violation. Daniella Narcho, 28, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for open container of spiritous liquor in passenger compartment and false reporting to law enforcement and was fined time served for each violation. Angela Betancourt, 30, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and was fined $114. Adelita Vasquez, 46, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no Ariz. driver’s license and was fined $143. Miguel Jiminez, 39, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Ariz. registration and was fined $85. Jesus Valdez, 41, of Peoria, pleaded responsible for no current Ariz. registration and was fined $562. Alejandro Castro Lopez, 20, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38, Ingrid Ostergard, 63, of Tubac, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38, Jorge Luna, 22, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for civil speed and was fined $222. Manuel Valle, 41, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135. Jesse Valenzuela, 20, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.
