DR. JOHN W. FRAME, 92, passed away Nov. 13, 2008.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Helen; and his second wife Katherine.

He is survived by one brother Russell; daughter Susan; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Private services will be held.
