Early Monday, Nov. 3, 2008, our Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma, and your dear friend Anne passed over to the other side.

Born Anne Katherine Moore in April of 1923, to Mr, and Mrs. Earl C. Moore of Rushville, Ind., she leaves behind numerous family and friends.

Mom married Donald F. Burch and moved west to raise a family. While raising her family, Mom held down a full-time job for over 20 years with National Semiconductor and became one of the first female division managers in Sunnyvale, Calif. and Green Valley.

Retiring in Green Valley, Mom was a volunteer for the following organizations: the Art Center of Tubac, Elks Lodge #2851, Whipple Observatory, Smithsonian Institute and the American Legion Post 66.

She was preceded in death by her ex-husband Don in 1985; and five children: Michael in 1985, Susan in 1999, Charlie in 2007, Kelly in 1964 and Steve in 1979.

Mom is survived by her two loving sons, Sam of California and David of Redding, Calif. Also surviving are four stepdaughters Robin Burch of Brawley, Calif., Linda Burch of Utah, Gaytha Burch of Arizona and Marilyn Saccani of Sunnyvale; seven grandchildren Cahlene and Samantha Burch of Utah, Casey and Craig Burch of Brawley, Jillian Burch Massey of Elk Grove, Calif., and Mackenzie and Doc Burch of Redding; and two great-grandchildren Tosh and Tristin of Utah.

She also leaves behind many family members in Rushville, as well as Linda Jorn of Green Valley. Mom had friends from coast to coast and border to border. She will be sorely missed.

Services will beheld at the American Legion Post 66 in Green Valley on Nov. 21, 2008, at 2 p.m.

No flowers please. Donations to the Elks Lodge #2851 Building Fund or the American Legion Post 66 Auxiliary Education Fund. Until such time.
