Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of no insurance against Gary Bothwell, 49, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of minor with spiritous liquor in body under 21 against Christopher Carmelo, 21, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of shoplifting against Kyle Freeman, 18, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Miguel Amaral, 37, of Imperial Beach, pleaded responsible for speeding and no license plate light and was fined $135 and $146 respectively.

Adam Ferree, 26, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance and was fined $562 and $105 respectively.

Harold Vesmille Jr., 62, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for no insurance and failure to obtain a current Arizona registration and was fined $930 and $143 respectively.

Rosa Quintana Solano, 39, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and no insurance and was fined $202 and $114 respectively.

Cecilio Martinez, 44, of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for no taillights, no stop lights and vehicle signal lights not working and was fined $146, $146 and $146 respectively.

Andres Parra Ortiz, 23, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for no tail lights, no stop lights on vehicle in tow, vehicle signal lamps not working on vehicle in tow and was fined $146, $146 and $146 respectively.

Roger Ray, 69, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for unsafe passing with oncoming traffic and was fined $164.

Tomas Pimental, 47, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for DUI and was fined $1645.

Javier Villa, 18, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for no driver’s license and was fined $85.

Concepcion Rodriguez, 48, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for no proof of financial responsibility and was fined $114.

Victor Beltran, 26, of Cajeme, Sonora, Mexico, was found responsible by default for window tint exceeding legal limit and was fined $146, His license has been suspended.

Hiram Bustamante, 21, of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, was found responsible by default for no seatbelt under 16 years and was fined $28. His license has been suspended.

Luis Espinoza, 39, of Nogales, was found responsible by default for no proof of insurance and was fined $930. His license has been suspended.

Carlos Campos, 29, of Tucson, was found responsible by default for expired registration and was fined $562. His license has been suspended.

Jose Garcia, 37, of Nogales, was found responsible by default for speeding and was fined $202. His license has been suspended.

Alejandro Gastelum, 28, of Magdalena, Sonora, Mexico, was found responsible by default for speeding and was fined $135. His license has been suspended.

Michael Bemus, 33, of Green Valley, was found responsible by default for speeding and was fined $135. His license has been suspended.

Araceli Hughes, 22, of Rio Rico, failed to appear and was found responsible by default for failing to use a child restraint. A warrant has been ordered.

Warrants:

Robert Linder, 29, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of knowingly displaying fictitious tags. A warrant has been ordered.

Arnold Gomez, 33, of Tumacacori, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.
