Music in the canyon
Green Valley’s 10-member Bavarian Brass Band performed a lively oompah concert of polkas and waltzes at the Proctor Ramada in Madera Canyon on Sunday. Earl Harrison, 88, played the euthonium and also the alpenhorn. Tamara Kahrimanis emceed, sang and yodeled to a delighted audience.
