The case of the State of Arizona v. Wilford A. Fairweather was dismissed without prejudice due to prosecutorial discretion on Oct. 1, 2008.

A charge of Domestic Violence/Assault against Mark Shantz, 53, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of no proof of insurance and no registration against Noe Beltran, 39, of Sahuarita, were dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to provide proof of financial responsibility against Marjorie Martin, 76, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.


A charge of Criminal Damage against Jennifer Peck, 45, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of loitering against Walter Skillman, 52, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Jose Duran, 19, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for failing to obey a traffic control device and was fined $165.

Casey Valdez, 38, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to provide proof of financial responsibility and was fined $114.

Panfilo Lowe, 26, of Amado, pleaded responsible for possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $260.

Krzysztof Paprocki, 55, of Lake in the Hills, Ill., pleaded responsible for failing to obey a traffic control device and was fined $165.

Walter Skillman, 52, address unknown, pleaded responsible for trespass in the 1st degree and was sanctioned with probation counseling.

Ronald Hickey Sr., 70, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for reckless driving and was fined $458.

Patricia Konrad, 66, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to yield while making a left turn and was fined $164.

Manuel Otero Jr., 57, of Tubac, pleaded responsible for DUI and was fined $1702.74.

Panfilo Lowe, 26, of Amado, pleaded responsible for disorderly conduct and was fined $262.

Walter Skillman, 52, address unknown, pleaded responsible for Domestic Violence/disorderly conduct and was fined $1500.

Debbie Bishop, 43, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for four violations of no animal license and was fined $70 per violation.

David Wirth Jr., 71, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for no animal license and was fined $70.

Antoine Joseph, 58, of Chula Vista, Calif., pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $114.

Michael Haig, 47, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for no valid license and no license plate light and was fined $165 and $50 respectively.

Oscar Armenta, 35, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $114.

Sharon Bankhead, 45, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $114.

Juan Carrillo-Gomez, 44, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined time served.

Kathryn Williams, 51, of Vail, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38.

Patricia McMahon, 68, of Patagonia, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38.

Jerrold Samaniego, 67, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38.

Elfriede Cooper, 69, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Pablo Villaraldo-Rios, 33, of Hillsboro, Ore., pleaded responsible for speeding and expired out-of-state registration and was fined $135 and $232 respectively.

Joseph Burch, 46, of Tucson, was found responsible by default for failing to stop at a stop sign and was fined $164. His license has been suspended.

Lillian Orduno, 27, of Tucson, was found responsible by default for unsafe lane change and was fined $164, Her license has been suspended.

Alexis Nunez, 21, of Gilbert, was found responsible by default for no license and was fined $143. Her license has been suspended.

Julio Oshcoa, 19, of Nogales, was found responsible by default for speeding, no valid license and failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility and was fined $135, $143, and $930 respectively. His license has been suspended.

Sean Selger, 30, of Green Valley, was found responsible by default for failure to produce evidence of financial responsibility and no license plate light and was fined $930 and $146 respectively. His license has been suspended.

Gerardo Fierro-Valdez, 21, of Tubac, was found responsible by default for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, no registration in possession and no license plate light and was fined $470, $133 and $146 respectively. His license has been suspended.

Karina Urias-Mendez, 20, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, was found responsible by default for failing to transfer title/registration within 15 days and failing to provide evidence of insurance and was fined $133 and $930 respectively. Her license has been suspended.

Elias Daboub Torres, 28, of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, was found responsible by default for no license plate light, TV screen in driver’s view, no license in possession and no insurance and was fined $146, $146, $133 and $930 respectively. His license has been suspended.

Armando Roman, 31, of Rio Rico, was found responsible by default for no insurance and no registration in possession and was fined $930 and $133 respectively. His license has been suspended.

Diana Moreno, 27, of Amado, was found responsible by default for no insurance and was fined $930. Her license has been suspended.

Allan Smith, 61, of Tucson, was found responsible by default for no insurance and was fined $930. His license has been suspended.

Warrants:

Tanya Baca, 21, of Green Valley, failed to appear on a charge of Domestic Violence/and disorderly conduct mutual fighting. A warrant has been ordered.

Renee Garcia, 30, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Stephen Foxhoven, 21, of Tucson, failed to appear on charges of reckless driving and refusing to stop after visual/audible signal. A warrant has been ordered.
