Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of no insurance against Virgil Haeger, 71, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of speeding against Andrew Green, 39, of Tubac, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to obey a traffic control device against Todd Lane, 44, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no valid license against Jean Walker, 81, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.


A charge of Domestic Violence/Disorderly Conduct against Charles Scott, 53, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Tanya Radovich, 36, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and was fined $5672.30.

Marco Leyva, 51, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for failing to correct defects on a previous inspection and was fined $125.

Victoria Moreno, 20, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for a stop sign violation and was fined $164.

Joseph Tomcala, 87, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to yield from a private drive and was fined $164.

Hector Sanchez, 32, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to identify and was assessed 19 days.

Joshua Hatcher, 21, of Amado, pleaded responsible for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $1500 and $260 respectively,

Francisco Lopez, 30, of Tumac‡cori, pleaded responsible for no insurance and failing to display registration and was fined $114 and $85 respectively.

Andres Duarte, 33, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no insurance and no valid license and was fined $114 and $165 respectively.

Abriel Martinez, 40, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and was fined $114.

Lois Ramsey, 67, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38.

Mirisol Ramirez, 43, of Chandler, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Pedro Delgado, 19, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Paul Flores, 37, of Willcox, pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $114.

Francisco Mureno, 41, of Patagonia, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $562.

Angel Orozco, 28, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $562.

David Walter, 45, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined time served.

Renee Alvarez-Mercado, 23, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $562.

Warrants:

Antonio Garcia, 36, of Amado, failed to appear on a charge of domestic violence/disorderly conduct and DV/trespassing. A warrant has been ordered.

Armando Canez, 22, of Tucson, failed to appear on an assault charge. A warrant has been ordered.

Ruben Ramirez, 42, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Gloria Velador, 22 of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Sonia Ramirez, 43, of Phoenix, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Oscar Armenta, 35, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Yolanda Valenzuela, 33, address unknown, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Luis Joffroy, 43, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Billy Brown, 36, of Tucson, failed to appear. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been issued for contempt of court.

Adrian Felix, 27, of Tucson, failed to appear. An FTA complaint and warrant has been issued for contempt of court.
