Palliative care program is Sept. 29

Casa de Esperanza is hosting a presentation entitled: Palliative Care and Hospice: The Right Care at the Right Time.

This short program will be facilitated by Carondelet Hospice and Palliative Care. It will address various options in and outside of the context of end of life care and will include recognizing when various types of care may benefit a loved one or friend.

The program will be held at the Casa de Esperanza Community Center on Monday, Sept. 29 from 11 a.m. until 11:45 a.m.

There is no cost but registration is requested.
