A charge of failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility against Dagoberto Verduga, 35, of Nogales, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility against Marjorie Martin, 75, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

David Winner, 48, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license and was fined $114.

Marc Boggs, 20, of Tucson, pleaded guilty for driving on a suspended license and was fined $562. after case withdrawn.

William Nopalez, 76, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for improper turn-driving on divided highway and was fined $164.

Rey Navarro, 30, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no insurance and was fined $114.

Jill Murphy, 25, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to stop at a stop sign and was fined $164.

Marilyn Frantz, 81, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to yield from a stop sign and was fined $164.

Carlos Arvayo, 41, of Hermosillo, Mexico, pleaded responsible for tint on front door windows less than 33 percent (legal tint) and was fined $146.

Robert Medlin, 45, of Surprise, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and no current registration and was fined $114 and $114 respectively.

Melissa Palafo, 27, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no current Arizona registration and was fined $114.

Shawn Rojas, 31, of Yuma, pleaded responsible for no current Arizona registration and was fined $85.

Jose Marones, 52, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no license plate light and was fined $146.

Belinda Vazquez, 24, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no license plate light and expired registration and was fined $146 and $114 respectively.

Alfred Canez, 47, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain a current Arizona registration and a cracked windshield and was fined $85 and $146 respectively.

Gustavo Granados, 27, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $183.

Patricia D’Imperio, 37, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38.

Karl Nirschel, 21, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38.

Gloria Lopez, 34, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Charley Mills, 33, of Mesa, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Stephen Feld, 48, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.
