Case activity in the Pima County Justice Court, Precinct 7, for the week ending 09.04.08:

Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of no insurance against Nicole Hernandez, 18, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no insurance against Erin Hayes, 37, of Rio Rico, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no insurance against Robgrio Macias, 43, of Rio Rico, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Samuel Flores, 25, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for no insurance and violation of three-day permit and was fined $930 and $143 respectively.


Catricia Garcia, 58, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $85.

Raquel Lopez, 33, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for displaying plates suspended due to lack of financial responsibility, failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility and no license plate light and was fined $470, $930 and $146 respectively.

Rogelio Bojorquez, 37, of Cajeme, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for no child restraint for 1-year old, no child restraint for 2-year old, and no seat belt for 8-year-old and was fined $102, $102 and $28 respectively.

Julius Kosik, 65, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no seat belt use and was fined $28.

Yara Sandoval, 23, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to change lanes for an emergency vehicle and was fined $138.

Kristy Alegria, 26, of Tumac‡cori, pleaded responsible for no left mirror, rear window tint and was fined $146.

Mario Navarro Hernandez, 46, of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for window tint too dark and was fined $146.

Elva Kovaric, 91, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to yield from a stop sign and was fined $155.

Roman Rosas, 21, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no driver’s license and was fined $85.

Jojhva Hatcher, 21, of Amado, pleaded responsible for no registration in possession and was fined $85.

Monica Garcia, 43, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility and was fined $114.

Jose Moralis-Grivalva, 28, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $202.

Reginaldo Diaz, 66, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $222.

Sean Lopez, 20, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Melida Angulo-Espinoza, 33, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Caitrin Chandler, 18, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Omar Lopez, 26, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Cesar Ortiz Jr., 19, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Leticia Paez, 43, of Glendale, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for no insurance and was fined $930. Her license has been suspended.

Hector Medel, 21, of Tucson, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for no insurance and no driver’s license in possession. He was fined $930 and $133 respectively and his license has been suspended.

Eduardo Delgado, 34, of Amado, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for speeding and was fined $135. His license has been suspended.

Warrants:

Monty Hornsby, 44, of Arizona City, failed to appear on charges of engaging in contracting without a license and advertising as a contractor. A warrant has been ordered.

Claudio Alvarez, 18, of Glendale, failed to appear on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant has been ordered.

Albert Granillo, 30, address unknown, failed to appear on three counts of Domestic Violence/Disorderly Conduct. A warrant has been ordered.

Victor Munoz, 34, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Silvia Martinez-Esqueda, 20, address unknown, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Daniel Marcum, 21, of Tucson, failed to appear on charges of driving on a suspended license and false reporting to law enforcement. A warrant has been ordered.

Raymond Peralta, 42, of Tucson, failed to appear five times. AN FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.
