Case activity in the Pima County Justice Court, Precinct 7, for the week ending 08.28.08:

Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of health or morals of a minor being imperiled by neglect against Kirsten Peterson, 34, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of no insurance and loud stereo outside of vehicle against Enrique Hernandez, 27, of Sahuarita, were dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no proof of insurance against Daniel Guttierrez, 21, of Amado, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to obtain a current Arizona registration against Keith Dooley, 27, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis.


A charge of no registration in possession against James Ippolito, 57, of Amado, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Gloria Hernandez, 39, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license and was fined $143.

David Hawkins, 35, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and was fined $930.

Philip Kleinfelter, 35, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for no registration in possession and failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $85 per violation.

Philip Kleinfelter, 35, of Amado, pleaded responsible for expired registration and was fined $114.

Maria Villagran, 62, of Amado, pleaded responsible for unsafe passing/same direction and was fined $164.

Harold Pruett, 66, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38.

Martin Ortiz, 36, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for speeding, no tail lights, no stop lights and signal lights not working and was fined $175, $125, $125 and $125 respectively.

Daniel Salerno, 25, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Percell Felton, 55, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Joan Esparza-Garcia, 35, of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Kevin Mayo, 54, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Alejandro Cooper, 29, of Yuma, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Yanet Valenzuela, 32, of Amado, pleaded responsible for no valid license in possession and was fined $114. She was also found responsible by default for speeding and was fined $135. Her license has been suspended.

Abraham Hernandez, 21, of Tucson, failed to appear and was found responsible by default for no insurance and no license and was fined $930 and $143 respectively. His license has been suspended.

Warrants:

Matthew Horton, 36, of Green Valley, failed to appear on charges of driving on a suspended license and knowingly displaying a fictitious plate. A warrant has been ordered.

Tommy Osburn, 39, of Phoenix, failed to appear on a charge of marijuana possession. A warrant has been ordered.

Tresa Bates, 47, of Arivaca, failed to appear on charges of marijuana possession and disorderly conduct. A warrant has been ordered.

Jeff Gresham, 41, of Sahuarita, failed to appear. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

Claudia Castelo, 26, of Rio Rico, failed to appear. An FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.
