A charge of failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility against Artemio Cerros, 42, of Tucson. was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of no driver’s license in possession and no insurance against Vincent Cano Jr., 39, of Amado. were dismissed on a factual basis.

A mud guard violation against Stephani Krosschell, 26, of Green Valley, was dismissed.

Jeanne Senet, 55, of Amado, was found not guilty of contempt of court on July 17, 2008.

Susan Whitelaw, 52, of Florence, pleaded responsible for failing to yield left turn at an intersection and was fined $164.

Jaime Bray, 32, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to stop at a stop sign and was fined $164.

Francisco Ramirez-Figueroa, 46, of Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for no insurance and was fined $114.

Jose Olvera, 32, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no mandatory insurance and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and was fined $114 and $260 respectively.

Brent Miles, 18, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $260.

Alexa Aruayo, 22, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to use child restraints and was fined $102.

Adrianna Gilstrap, 19, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and was fined $114.

Angel Estrada, 54, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $165.

Marta Lopez, 53, of Amado, pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $143.

Gregory Roetteis, 56, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $562.

Jesus Bustamante, 57, of Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for no registration and was fined $134.

Eddie Hernandez, 23, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Frank Broussart, 56, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Arturo Urias, 50, of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Jucio Vargas, 60, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Barbara Williams, 58, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Elzeario Segura, 53, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and no valid license and was fined $135 and $114 respectively.

Jesus Perez, 28, of Hermosillo, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and failing to provide insurance and was fined $135 and $114 respectively.

Joel Macias, 19, address unknown, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a revoked license. A warrant has been ordered.

Albert Granillo, 30, address unknown, failed to appear on charges of disorderly conduct. A warrant has been ordered.

Reyna Rios, 30, of Tucson, failed to appear on possession charges. A warrant has been ordered.

Enrique Olivarria, 25, of Tucson, failed to appear on multiple charges. A warrant has been ordered.

Michael Godfrey, 26, of Arivaca, failed to appear. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.
