The newly formed Sahuarita Art Guild is looking for enthusiastic members. The guild’s goals are to support local artists through exhibits, shows and demonstrations. At 9:30 a.m. at the Joyner-Green Valley Library, the Citizens Water Action Coalition, having invited the candidates for and current members of the Pima County Supervisors, will present those who could come: Donna Branch-Gilby and Robert Robuck. Sharon Bronson and Donna Branch Gilby will be available for the Aug. 23 meeting. We hope that Ramon Valadez will also be available then. We also hope to have Jonathan Paton and Georgette Valle, candidates for the Arizona Senate, there as well. So come anyway, even if plans did not work out as we had hoped.
