Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of speeding against Dustin Uselton, 23, of Phoenix, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of Domestic Violence/Assault against John Adams, 73, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of DV/Assault against Theodore Rosenberg, 69, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia against Dustin Lane, 18, of Sahuarita, were dismissed on a factual basis.


Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia against Andrea Smith, 18, of Sahuarita, were dismissed on a factual basis.

Fabian Guizar, 37, of Glendale, pleaded responsible for no license plate light, one trip registration permit, failing to obtain current Arizona registration and no insurance and was fined $146, $143, $143 and $114 respectively.

Julia Bishop, 40, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for speeding and operating an unsafe vehicle/speedometer broken and was fined $135 and $0 respectively.

Ramon Medel-Ledesma, 26, of Casa Grande, pleaded responsible for speeding and failing to move to the left for an emergency vehicle and was fined $183 and $138 respectively.

Cruz Lugo, 41, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for improper/no stop lights and vehicle signal lights not working and was fined $146 and $146 respectively.

Andrew Gawrelow, 46, of Queen Creek, pleaded responsible for window tint too dark and was fined $146.

Helen Glessner, 81, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for shoplifting $250 or less and was fined $268.

Michael Romero-Clayton, 26, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $562.

Rene Gallegos, 30, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid license in possession and was fined $165.

Carino Beverado, 21, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid license in possession and was fined $165.

Armando Bravo, 20, of Amado, pleaded responsible for minor in possession of spiritous liquor and was fined $268.

Armand Bravo, 20, of Amado, pleaded responsible for possession/use or intent to use drug paraphernalia and was fined $268.

Anthony Jones, 48, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for a stop sign violation and was fined $164.

Yeta Weston, 92, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for a stop sign violation and was fined $164.

David Enriquez, 28, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to obey traffic control device and was fined $165.

Luis Hernandez, 39, of Chandler, pleaded responsible for no current Arizona registration and was fined $114.

Monica Ibarra, 27, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for no current registration and was fined $114.

Jeffrey Abbott, 41, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Marco Perez-Montoya, 25, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $239.

Christian Casilias, 27, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Felicia Casillas, 25, of Colorado Springs, Colo., pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Rosa Rangel de Villegas, 27, of Buckeye, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Louis Etrata, 37, of Wainwright, Ark., pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $202.

Jaime Cordero, 46, of Pax, was found responsible by default for speeding and was fined $946. Her license has been suspended.

Miguel Amaral, 37, of Imperial Beach, Calif., was found responsible by default for speeding, no license plate light and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility and was fined $135, $146 and $930 respectively. His license has been suspended.

Eric Annenberg, 44, of Tucson, was found responsible by default for failing to control vehicle from causing collision and was fined $157. His license has been suspended.

Alex Contreras, 21, of Tucson, was found responsible by default for displaying suspended plates and was fined $470. His license has been suspended.

Christian Lema, 22, of Amado, was found responsible by default for suspended registration and was fined $496. Her license has been suspended.

Ulises Fierro, 30, of Raleigh, N.C., was found responsible by default for failing to walk facing traffic and was fined $125. His license has been suspended.

Martin Delgado, 23, of Tucson, was found responsible by default for failing to stop at a stop sign and was fined $164. His license has been suspended.
