Meals to elderly in Pima County face cutbacks

High gas prices may lead to cutbacks in the delivery of meals to elderly residents.

The Pima Council on Aging is weighing cuts to its nutrition programs and other services it provides.

They blame the high cost of fuel and food with busting their budgets, council deputy director Debra Adams said last week.
