BusinessAristoCare promotes 2 managers Steve Brean, LPN, formerly Branch Manager of AristoCare Green Valley, has been promoted to Area Marketing Director. Brean will operate out of the main Tucson office and is responsible for marketing operations in Tucson, Green Valley, Nogales and Sierra Vista. Ruth Maloblocki, RN, MSN, takes over as Branch Manager for AristoCare’s Green Valley office. As of the end of April, the program has registered 162 employers, who have posted 127 jobs, and placed 28 job seekers in new jobs. The Mature Worker Program is the result of a joint effort between the Green Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Pima Council on Aging’s Mature Worker Connection. The program assists residents over 50 years of age in finding meaningful, paid employment. Job seekers are interviewed and classified by One Stop Center personnel and then linked to appropriate employers for further action. Opening in June of 1988 as Charter Funding, the firm moved to its current location in the Continental Plaza in 2001. Irene Mattingly heads up the Green Valley office.
