Case activity in the Pima County Justice Court, Precinct 7, for the week ending 06.05.08:

Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of criminal trespass 3rd degree against Robert Richards, 70, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of criminal trespass 3rd degree against Robin Galyean, 25, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of criminal trespass 3rd degree and theft of $1,000 or less against Bruce Galyean, 34, of Sahuarita, were dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to yield to an emergency vehicle against Gilbert Rosales, 79, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.


A charge of failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility against Guadalupe Romo, 54, of Rio Rico, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no proof of financial responsibility against Andrew Bruza, 27, of Green Valley, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no proof of insurance against Rogastan Ellis, 52, of Vail, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to obtain a current Arizona registration against Alejandro Ceja, 18, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Shirley Hutchison, 69, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $164.

Juris Kampe, 62, of San Marcos, Calif., pleaded responsible for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $164.

Andres Veliz, 29, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for cracked windshield and rear fenders splash guards required and was fined $146 per violation.

Juan Cejaya-Pereida, 30, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance and was fined $583 and $114 respectively.

Serefino Guzman-Cardenas, 31, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for suspended registration, no seatbelt and excessive tint and was fined $470, $28 and $146 respectively.

Kathella Robinson, 55, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for seatbelt violation and was fined $28.

Alfonso Villar, 63, of Marana, pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $165.

Santos Soto, 34, of San Bernardino, Calif., pleaded responsible for log book not current and was fined $233.

Letha Hansen, 37, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for permitting unauthorized person to drive and was fined $185.

Fabian Madril, 26, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for false reporting to law enforcement and was fined $283.

Travis Shoemaker, 18, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for minor in possession/consuming alcohol and was fined $268.

Maria Leon, 56, of Amado, pleaded responsible for failing to use a car seat under 5 years of age and failing to use a seatbelt for a passenger under 6 years of age and was fined $102 and $28.

Ivan Valenzuela, 28, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for no driver’s license in possession and was fined $165.

Benjamin Arambula, 22, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no license in possession and was fined $85.

Gilbert Delgagad, 28, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to produce financial responsibility and was fined $450.

Maria Lopez, 42, of Mesa, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and was fined $114.

Aime Eseberre, 41, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for no insurance and was fined $114.

David Fetherole, 67, of Snoqualmie, Wash., pleaded responsible for expired registration and was fined $143.

Monique Siegrist, 26, of Marana, pleaded responsible for expired registration and was fined $85.

Francisco Pineda-Salazar, 26, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility and was fined $85 and $114 respectively.

Jorge Gutierrez, 32, of Laveen, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $85.

Ramon Conejo, 26, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $85.

Paul Oliver, 20, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for expired registration and was fined $143.

Ernesto Davila, 44, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no current trailer registration and was fined $143.

Francisco Rivera, 40, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $143.

Aaron Head, 30, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $85.

Sergio Gallardo, 44, of Hilmar, Calif., pleaded responsible for no registration and was fined $104.

Shirley Everson, 80, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Bruce Barrow, 45, of Marana, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $202.

Buddy Lade, 79, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Christopher Hampton, 23, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Edmundo Tanori, 28, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Luis Bustamante, 46, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $144.

Francisca Lopez, 25, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $202.

David Owens, 66, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Justin St. John, 35, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Lorraine Candelario, 69, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Rito Soto, 32, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Bobby Baugus, 57, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $356.

Frank Grajeda, 29, of Tucson, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was fined $562.

Samuel Rodriguez, 27, of Tucson, pleaded guilty to two separate counts of driving on a suspended license and was fined $588 and $583.

Randolph Humbert, age unknown, of Tucson, pleaded guilty to DUI with a prior conviction and was fined a total of $4,237.62. He is also placed on supervised probation for 24 months and ordered to pay probation fees of $30 per month. He is also ordered to attend a MADD victim impact panel and complete alcohol/drug evaluation and treatment by Sept. 29, 2008. Finally, he is committed to Pima County Jail for 90 days with 60 days suspended upon completion of conditions of probation.

Warrants:

Derek Quick, 35, of Tucson, failed to appear on charges of displaying fictitious plates and failing to appear three times. A warrant has been ordered.

Matthew Arndt, 19, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on charge of Domestic Violence/Criminal Damage. A warrant has been ordered.

Donald Hanon, 46, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of disorderly conduct. A warrant has been ordered.

Luis Joffroy, 43, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.
