BUCK R. BRUMBLE passed away on May 21, 2008,

after a long battle of a terminal heart disease.

Born July 17, 1939, he lived and grew up in Ankeny, Iowa, with a strong Christian family. After high school, he was able to fulfill his childhood dream and completed 23 years in the U.S. Air Force. He mostly flew as an Electronic Warfare Officer. He served in Southeast Asia, flew 100 combat missions over North Vietnam and was a decorated officer.

He is survived by four siblings, two sons, three granddaughters, and one great-granddaughter.

His memorial service will be at the Desert Hills Lutheran Church in Green Valley on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 11 a.m.
