Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of driving on a suspended license against Rigoberto Martinez, 22, of Nogales, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of no proof of insurance against Ramiro Guevara, 45, of Phoenix, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of Domestic Violence/Criminal Damage, DV/Assault and DV/Disorderly Conduct against Winifred Gilla, 66, of Green Valley, were dismissed on a factual basis.

Guadalupe Rodriguez, 74, of Glendale, pleaded responsible for failing to yield on left turn and was fined $164.

Jose Morales, 46, of Pacoima, Calif., pleaded responsible for improper/no stop lights and vehicle signal lamps not working and was fined $146 and $146 respectively.

Edgar Luna, 35, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for no insurance and was fined $114.

Paul Colby, 44, of Burlington, Conn., pleaded responsible for speeding and passing in a no passing zone and was fined $135 and $164 respectively.

Sally Gall, 45, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Tyler Smithson, 27, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Stephen Pevarnik, 59, of Williams, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Holley Lilley, 84, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $144.

Kristopher Thompson, 26, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Carlos Barrientos, 41, of Bakersfield, Calif., pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Eric Atwater, 18, of Scottsdale, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $222.

Tom Woodhouse, 45, of Patagonia, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Michael Showers, 24, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for a biting animal and was fined $250.

Richard Howard, 25, of Tucson, pleaded guilty for unlawful drug paraphernalia and was fined $257.

Yanet Valenzuela, 32, of Amado, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for speeding and was fined $135.

Warrants:

Rey Cuestas, 19, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on charges of DV/Assault and DV/Disorderly Conduct. A warrant has been ordered.

Antonio Victoria, 38, of Fallbrook, Calif., failed to appear on a charge of no commercial driver’s license. A warrant has been ordered.

Michael Dombrowski, 18, of Scottsdale, failed to appear on charges of drug paraphernalia use or intent to use and person under 21 having spiritous liquor in body. A warrant has been ordered.

Viviana Lizarraga, 23, of Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Angela Frazier, 34, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Alfredo Rodriguez, 61, of Tumacacori, failed to appear. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

Andres Rodriguez, 31, of Tucson, failed to appear. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

Ernest Strollo, 49, of Tucson, failed to appear three times. A FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

Rudy Gamez, 41, of Tucson, failed to appear three times. A FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.
