Case activity in the Pima County Justice Court, Precinct 7, for the week ending 05.01.08:

Traffic/Civil Complaints:

Rogelio Haros, 37, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for use fuel license violation and was fined $125.

Katie Vernon, 18, of Vail, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $85.

Bonnie Rogers, 75, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for unsafe backing and was fined $125.

Emiliano Duque, 62, address unknown, pleaded responsible for obstructing government operations and was fined time served.


Fernando Vilchies, 39, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined 11 days served.

Jupiter Ochoa, 39, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no insurance and driving on a suspended license and was fined $114 and $583 respectively.

Moises Rincon, 29, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for following too closely and was fined $164.

Jesus Valenzuela, 55, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and was fined $114.

Juan Infante, 40, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for no proof of insurance and was fined $114.

Regino Urias-Arrendondo, 35, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for speeding, causing trailer to sway, and was fined $125.

Jonathan Martin, 20, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Billy Ray Moore Jr., 39, of Vail, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Asenat Quiros, 23, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Michael Clark, 33, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Barye Herndon, 46, of Oro Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Laurence Reddington, 77, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Juan Romero Jr., 30, of Amado, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Warrants:

Juan D, Sanchez, 46, of Phoenix, failed to appear four times. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.
