Case activity in the Pima County Justice Court, Precinct 7, for the week ending 04.11.08:

Traffic/Civil Complaints:

The case of the State of Arizona v. Dale Campbell was dismissed due to defendant successfully completed the Domestic Violence Diversion Program on April 3, 2008.

A charge of shoplifting $250 or less against Freddie Johnson, 53, of Amado, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended registration against Erika Meza, 25, of Tucson, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of expired plates, suspended license plate and no mandatory insurance against Steven Chacon, 32, of Tucson, were dismissed on a factual basis.


A charge of failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility against Kevin Bonin, 44, of Nogales, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility against Juan Baez, 36, of Eloy, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility against Lori Tull, 40, of Vail, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Cejario Gutierrez, 36, of Phoenix, pleaded responsible for failing to change driver’s license address and was fined $133.

Armando Lopez, 66, of Vail, pleaded responsible for failing to display plate and was fined $102.

Katheryn Meyer, 82, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to yield while making left turn in an intersection and was fined $164.

Pamela Chambers, 48, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and was fined $265.

Georgia Sequerios, 48, of Nogales, pleaded responsible for no proof of financial responsibility and was fined $114.

Maricruz Noriega, 38, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no insurance and was fined $114.

Roberta Bohon, 20, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $85.

Jesus Bustamante, 57, of Cajeme, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for no registration (3 day permit not adhered to) and was fined $134.

Francisco Gamez, 47, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $114.

Maria Fuentes, 38, of Rio Rico, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration, no mandatory insurance and no current driver’s license in possession and was fined $114, $114 and $114 respectively.

Joshua Roll, 22, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to control speed to avoid and accident and for driving on a suspended license and was fined $157 and $165 respectively.

Sabrina Gomez, 31, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving on a suspended license and was fined $583.

Maria Orozco, 19, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for driving without a license and was fined $143.

Christopher Ring, 38, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for no valid license in possession and was fined $165.

Stephanie Blade, 26, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid license in possession and was fined $165.

Laura Lopez, 43, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid license in possession and was fined $114.

Jorge Rodriguez, 36, of Caborca, state unknown, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38.

Kary La Rocila, 22, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Saul Rodriguez, 23, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Andrew Lash, 26, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

Robert Taylor, 93, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Richard Ward Jr., 41, of Arivaca, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $135.

David Contreras, 20, of Amado, pleaded responsible for speeding and for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $135 and $164 respectively.

Carl Lueke, 63, of Amado, pleaded guilty for a violation of the code protecting native plants and was fined $232.

Kathleen Engle, 62, of Amado, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was fined $458, with conditions of the plea agreement stated on record with deadline dates as follows: defendant placed on 12 months’ unsupervised probation beginning 03.25.08 and to file completion of MADD victim impact and alcohol/drug evaluation subject to treatment, if required, by 07.25.08.

Warrants:

Robert Fulmer, 18, of Corona de Tucson, failed to appear on a charge of displaying a cancelled plate. A warrant has been ordered.

Ruben Ramirez, 41, of Tucson, failed to appear on charges of driving on a suspended license and no valid operator’s license. A warrant has been ordered.

Tony Smith, 34, of Arivaca, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Tony Smith, 34, of Arivaca, failed to appear on a charge of driving on a revoked license. A warrant has been ordered.

Tony Smith, 34, of Arivaca, failed to appear on charges of driving on a suspended license and speeding. A warrant has been ordered.

Francisco Romero, 22, of Tucson, failed to appear. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

Brian Farlee, 24, of Sahuarita, failed to appear. An FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.

James Haun, 41, of Sahuarita, failed to appear. An FTA complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.
