    Conductor plays golf, too
    George Hanson, Tucson Symphony Orchestra’s music director and conductor, took a break from his music duties recently and enjoyed a day of golf at Desert Hills Golf Club in Green Valley. Hanson played with his friends, Jud Price, Larry Swink and head pro, Steve Brown. Before the round, he remarked that the DHGC greens looked “awesome” and he was looking forward to a day on the links before heading back to work.
