Case activity in the Pima County Justice Court, Precinct 7, for the week ending 03.28.08:

Traffic/Civil Complaints:

A charge of no insurance against Nicole Sheppard, 33, of Sahuarita, was dismissed on a factual basis.

A charge of failing to produce evidence of financial responsibility against Ramon Flores-Pena, 34, of Nogales, was dismissed on a factual basis.

Charges of Domestic Violence/criminal damage and DV/disorderly conduct against Robert Eck, 54, of Sahuarita, were dismissed on a factual basis.

Pluma-Blanca Navarro Cazares, 18, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for failing to yield to the right and was filed $260.


Lauren DiAngilo, 31, of Vail, pleaded responsible for failing to stop for a stop sign and was fined $155.

Raul Zamora Jr., 36, of Delano, Calif., pleaded responsible for no valid driver’s license and was fined $165.

Nathanael Peabody, 22, of Sonoita, pleaded responsible for speeding, no proof of insurance and no valid license and was fined $154, $105 and $165 respectively.

Blanca Rodriguez, 23, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $165. She was also found responsible by default for failing to provide insurance and was fined $450. Her license has been suspended.

Paul Salgado, 30, of Litchfield Park, pleaded responsible for failing to obtain current Arizona registration and was fined $85.

Nancy Rivera, 25, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for possession of drug paraphernalia and was fined $260.

Nicole Sheppard, 33, of Sahuarita, pleaded responsible for no license in possession and was fined $114.

Cynthia Torres, 21, of Tucson, pleaded responsible for no valid license and was fined $114.

Derek Baker, age unknown, of Amado, pleaded responsible for no proof of financial responsibility and was fined $114.

Mary Harris, 71, of Green Valley, pleaded responsible for failing to control to avoid collision and was fined $142.

Antonio Ramirez, 33, of Cuauhiemoc D.F. Mexico, pleaded responsible for obstructing a government operation and was fined time served.

Robert Weingart, 47, of Vail, pleaded responsible for wasting finite resources and was fined $38.

Francisca Guzman, 20, of Amado, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $202.

Felizardo Valdez, 45, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and not wearing glasses and was fined $134 and $70 respectively.

Catalina Velarde Vazquez, 37, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $183.

Oscar Vildosa, 46, of Douglas, pleaded responsible for speeding and was fined $134.

Jose Villa, 30, of Amado, pleaded responsible for speeding and failing to provide proof of financial responsibility was fined $134 and $114 respectively.

Mark Lapp Jr., 29, of Amado, was found responsible by default for failing to obtain current Arizona registration, driving on a suspended license and no insurance and was fined $97, $562 and $905 respectively. His license has been suspended.

Warrants:

Ramon Valenzuela, 70, of Sahuarita, failed to appear on a charge of open container in vehicle. A warrant has been ordered.

Adam Hernandez, 20, of Sahuarita, failed to appear four times on a charge driving with a suspended license. A warrant has been ordered.

Eryka Barragan, 23, of Rio Rico, failed to appear and was found responsible by civil traffic default for no insurance and was fined $930. Her license has been suspended.

Tammy Sanchez, 44, of Tubac, failed to appear. An FTA (Failure to Appear) complaint and warrant has been ordered for contempt of court.
