Published: Tuesday, March 25, 2008 9:59 PM MST

The Animal League of Green Valley will hold its second Miniature Golf Tournament at Triple Play on Sunday.

The cost to play is $10 and $7 will go to the Building Fund and benefit the animals.

You can register to play at three different shotgun starts — 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. — call Triple Play at 625-7888 to sign up.

The grand prize for the team of two with the lowest score is a two-night stay and golf for two at the Tubac Golf Resort.

In addition, there is a Silent Auction featuring three big golf packages plus a few other items and a Chinese Auction with more than $3,500 in donations, gift and restaurant certificates contributed by generous local businesses.

You can stop by Triple Play from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday to buy tickets for these offerings.
