Flying high!
La Posada resident Dick Bushong says he checked off one more item on his “bucket list” when he flew a sail plane (glider) Saturday as a birthday present to himself. He has flown 43 different types of planes in the military and about 12 different civilian types, but says he’s never flown anything without an engine.
