T.I. didn’t get to host a Thanksgiving gathering at the suburban Atlanta home where he is under house arrest, but he will be able to attend Easter services.

A federal magistrate judge ruled Thursday that the 27-year-old rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, awaiting trial on weapons charges, can attend church Sunday. He must be accompanied by a court-approved monitor.

  • Former White House aide I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby was banned Thursday from practicing law in the nation’s capital following his perjury conviction in the case of a CIA operative’s leaked identity. The disbarment order had been expected.

  • Shia LaBeouf has pleaded not guilty in Los Angeles to an unlawful smoking charge. A judge had issued a $1,000 bench warrant for the 21-year-old actor’s arrest. Details of the case were not released. A hearing is set for April 24.
