The Tucson Symphony Orchestra’s Piano Trio will perform in the season’s final musical performance sponsored by the Village’s Friends of Music at 7 p.m., Sunday, March 16, at The Villages’ Recreation Center, 400 West San Ignacio.
Concerts are free, but a donation of $10 per person is appreciated. Refreshments are on the house.
The concert features musicians with a diverse background of musical experience. The Trio will be playing Mozart, Kreisler and Schubert.
Violinist Michael Fan has performed around the United States and plays jazz violin in local clubs.
Principal TSO cellist, Nelzimar Neves is a native of Brazil and has performed throughout South America.
Pianist Paula Fan has performed extensively in the Far East, Australia, Europe and the United States.
The Piano Trio’s diversity, along with the wealth of repertoire allows it to present material from mainstream to modern. In recital or family programs, the piano trio’s enjoyment of music is contagious at any level.
