DOROTHY KEARNS IRWIN, 83,

of Tucson, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2008, in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tucson.

She was born Feb. 7, 1925, near Washington, Pa. Her husband, Major Charles Irwin is deceased. Surviving are two daughters Joyce Irwin and Susan Irwin, and a brother Howard L. Kearns formerly of Green Valley.
