Quail Creek’s indoor-outdoor Business Expo will showcase more than 70 vendors and exhibitors from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Madera Clubhouse.

Brats and hot dogs will be available for purchase; there will be a cash bar, roving musicians, a magic show and some antique and collector cars — but no admission charge.

This is the fourth consecutive year that the public is invited to meet with the growing number of business representatives in a relaxed setting while learning about an array of products and services offered locally.

Local radio station KGVY will do a live broadcast from the outside exhibit area.

Sponsored by the Quail Creek Ballroom Dance Club it was resident Larry Sharp who had the vision for the resort community’s first Business Expo in 2005. Through the coordinated efforts of Duane Wilkinson, Roy Smalley and Ralph and Mary Harris it’s expanded each year drawing residents from Green Valley, Sahuarita and surrounding towns.

Vendors and exhibitors include everything for the home, inside and out. From shutters to rain gutters, visitors can see new ideas from interior designers, landscapers and home improvement services such as texture wall coating, wallbeds and closet organizers.

“The Expo is a great way to learn about local businesses that can help area residents with golf cars, hearing aids, auto sales, travel, medical, banking, plumbing, insurance and other needs,” said Ralph Harris.

Expo business manager Duane Wilkinson said, “Quail Creek’s Madera Clubhouse is an ideal setting for such an Expo. Please stop by.”
