James LeBlanc of LeBlanc Financial Associates in Sahuarita has earned the Certified Financial Planner designation.
The CFP credential is granted after completing the “four Es” of professionalism - education, examination, experience and ethics.
LeBlanc is also a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors. Membership in NAPFA is granted only to fee-only financial advisors who are paid directly by their clients.
LeBlanc is a member of the Valle Verde Rotary Club, serves on the Town of Sahuarita Finance and Investment Advisory Committee, is the Assistant Chairman of the Green Valley/Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee and serves on the Chamber’s Education Development Subcommittee.
LeBlanc also writes a monthly finance column for the Sahuarita Sun.

Restaurants get good grades
Restaurants and establishments that serve food in Pima County ended 2007 on a good note, as all 225 eateries inspected in December came away with passing grades.
Inspectors from Pima County Health Department’s Consumer Health & Food Safety Unit gave 160 restaurants or food establishments excellent ratings after unannounced inspections.
They also handed out 57 good and eight needs improvement ratings.
