Time for impeachment?

Three GVR board members have resigned.

A year or two ago, Ralph Bristol, an economist, was forced of the board, during the Jim Burt administration, because he is a snowbird. Snowbirds have no representation on the board, even though they are one-third to one-half of the membership. I strongly urge that Lou Lovatt and Jim Burt be impeached, the board dissolved, and non-Lovat, non-Burt supporter, former board members be re-elected to form an interim board until the March elections.

GVR is a multi-million-dollar business. it cannot be effectively at the caprice of a zealous, incompetent people.
